Stephanie McNees

Executive Director
Stephanie McNees is the Executive Director at Fish & Loaves’ as of February 2022 and is a long-time philanthropist . After graduating from Michigan State University in 2016, she worked as a field team leader through AmeriCorps focusing on food insecurity issues in Denver. Later, she worked for the city of Southgate as the Director of Downtown Development Authority, supervising economic growth strategies for the city. In 2020, McNees worked as the Senior Services Supervisor for Northville Township, where she oversaw program development and event planning for Northville seniors. McNees also sits as a Board Member on Southgate’s Rotary Club, Downriver Family YMCA, and was the Head Coach for Southgate’s Varsity Volleyball team from 2018-2022. Outside of work, you can find her tending to her plants, hiking, or caring for her rescue-pit Hiccup.

Bob Cooper

Operations Manager
Bob Cooper is Fish & Loaves’ Operations Manager as of June 2017. Cooper’s role involves scheduling volunteers in the front office, pantry and the warehouse, ordering, receiving and distribution of food for our clients and meeting our objective "Ensuring no one goes hungry." Before his role as Operations Manager, he was a Franchise Business Manager for Tim Hortons for 20 years. Outside of work, you can find Cooper spending his time with my family (especially with his 5 grandchildren), volunteering at his church, and participating as a very active member of the Allen Park Knights of Columbus #3774.
